F.A.Qs
Most shifts are roughly 2–3 hours, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the festival before or after your shift. We’ll take however much time you are able to give us!
To keep the festival green, we do not use paper programs. Our Survey Squad and Ambassadors will be trained to help guests scan QR codes for the digital schedule and map.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. Younger volunteers (12+) are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Wear your volunteer shirt (provided at check-in), comfortable closed-toe shoes, and your favorite pair of sunglasses!
